Trottage ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website www.trottage.com and the Trottage mobile application. We connect buyers and sellers of park models, recreational trailers, and related properties across Canada.

Account information: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number through our authentication provider (Clerk).

Seller information: If you register as a seller we collect your business name, seller type, and contact details.

Listing information: Sellers provide property details, photos, and pricing when creating listings.

Contact messages: When a buyer contacts a seller through our platform we collect the message content, name, email, and optional phone number.

Usage data: We collect standard web and app usage data including pages visited, listings viewed, and search queries to improve our service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Buyer–seller contact: When a buyer submits a contact form, their name, email, phone, and message are shared with the listing seller.
• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate our platform (see Section 5).

• Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Listing data is retained to maintain historical records for buyers and sellers. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@trottage.com.

• Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link
